S1E9 - Transitional to Day Nuero to Home Therapy

After a six-month stay, we transitioned forward to the Day-Nuero Program. This outpatient program marks the beginning of Cindy being home indefinitely since her injury, which entails commuting to the clinic for a day's worth of therapy. 

After 8 months at the Day-Nuero, we then yet again move towards Home therapy program. A program that marks a realistic approach to her daily living and reintegrating with society and community.
